Description
The Community Manager serves as the strength of the property by administering and supervising the overall management of the property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the global governance of a multi-family property. Manages and coordinates team members’ daily activities and ensures the operations of the property comply with the Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, and other applicable laws and regulations governing multifamily housing operations.

Reports To : Regional Property Supervisor, Regional Vice President and Vice President, Owner and / or Owner’s representative of Allied Orion Group.
Supervises : Entire on-site staff.
