Job Title : Associate Director of Health Services

Location : Rochester, NY – Various sites throughout Greater Rochester

Department : Residential / Day Services

Reports To : Director of Health Services

Employment Type : Full-Time, Days

Starting Wage : $92,000 - $98,500 annually
