General Job Description :
In collaboration with Construction Operations and Sales Leadership and under the direction of the Department Manager, this position will be primarily responsible for the oversite of the operations, strategic planning and personnel management of all field and fabrication activities within Process Piping for the assigned projects and / or areas.

Administrative staff engaged in Process documentation
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee all Process Piping fabrication and installation activities to ensure standards are met to achieve company goals.
Operations
Resource managementProper staffing levels and team selection including assignment of ForepersonsProject execution strategies and schedulingImplementation of client's requirements and processesWeekly project progress, health and safety reportsResolution of issues, challenges and obstaclesExecution of QA / QC protocolsImplementation of ACCO and Client safety protocolsImplementation of ACCO policies and proceduresLead efforts in creating and maintaining a complete and comprehensive commissioning, qualification, and validation program as applicable to designing and constructing process systems in biotech, pharma, bio-pharm, laboratories, semiconductor, and validated / cGMP HVAC facilities.Lead efforts in the creation, application and maintenance of company-controlled Process Piping documents (IE; SOP's, WP's, MTR's, Test Procedures, Validation logs, etc).Participate in the creation and maintenance of ACCO's Quality Control Program and associated documents for process piping.Ensure ACCO's process programs and documentation are adaptable to industry change and customizable to individual client needs with emphasis on ease of use and increasing efficiency in application, design, and construction.Establish and maintain a comprehensive documentation system for tracking every step of the process, from design to installation. Maintain accurate records that can be referenced for audits, compliance, and future projects.Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained for all process activities to meet project deadlines and company goals.Support Process Sales Department growth through knowledge transfer and sharing industry experience.As requested, assists with labor budgeting and forecasting of projects and individual tasks.Assist in sales pursuits by understanding each individual clients specific needs / requirements and demonstrating how your company's expertise can provide a competitive advantage in terms quality, reliability and performance.Work with Sales and Construction Management in new geographical areas assisting in shop set up and field team selection for process activities.Review project documents / specifications and provide recommendations to the Sales and Construction team that may positively impact the company's ability to acquire and execute a successful project.Assist in the creation of any site specific execution plans.Create and implement quality control procedures for the fabrication and installation of process piping systems.Address any unforeseen challenges that arise during installation, such as unexpected site conditions or design modifications. Provide real-time solutions to ensure the projects stay on track.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations specific to our company's process piping sectors.Analyze and refine the manufacturing processes for orbital welded stainless steel piping. Look for opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.Assist the purchasing team in sourcing of high-quality materials suitable for the specific industry requirements. Develop a streamlined process for material storage and management to ensure optimal efficiency.Attend pre-bid & post-bid interviewsParticipation in project kick-off, mid-job and wrap-up meetingsOther tasks and duties as assigned by the Regional Director and / or upper managementStrategic Planning

Competitive Wages :
$126,000.00 to $166,200.00 Annual Salary. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
