Executive Engagement Manager

A company is looking for an Executive Engagement Manager to lead executive programs and initiatives targeting CxO stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the strategic vision for the Executive Engagement portfolio, including event planning and execution

Plan and execute executive engagements at major industry events, coordinating logistics and follow-up

Create executive playbooks and manage stakeholder communications across the organization

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in executive engagement or field marketing, preferably in software or cybersecurity

Proven success in engaging CxO-level stakeholders and managing complex relationships

Strong project management skills with the ability to execute under pressure

Experience in developing event briefings and stakeholder communication materials

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
