High-Volume Call Center Representative
This role is best suited for individuals who are extremely detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency, and are quick learners and technically savvy.
Responsibilities
- Support drivers nationwide using two-way audio / video communication.
- Verify and identify necessary specifications on trucks and processes.
- Coordinate, communicate, and provide updates on daily operations at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers.
- Engage in communication with approximately 200 drivers daily, ensuring clarity and excellence.
- Allow on-site associates to focus on daily operations by handling all gate operations.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Customer service oriented with excellent phone etiquette.Strong attitude and aptitude with great customer skills and awareness.Tech-savvy with experience in logistics and intermodal operations.Experience in a call center or handling inbound calls.Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of high-volume customer support experience in a call center or similar environment.Strong job tenure.Ability to follow standard operating procedures with strong problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and keyboard shortcuts.Capability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Work Environment
This position requires on-site attendance five days a week. Training will occur Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm for three weeks, with the first day of training from 9 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm.Post-training, the schedule will be from Friday to Tuesday, 9 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm, with Wednesday and Thursday off.Mandatory overtime is expected during peak seasons from October to January, which includes a sixth day added to the current schedule and 10-hour workdays.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 / hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Phoenix, AZ.
