Our client, a leading manufacturer of food and beverages is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be an integral part of the operations and sales support team, managing customer accounts from order placement through delivery. This role requires a proactive communicator who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing setting and takes pride in ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and account support.
- Manage assigned client accounts and oversee the entire order management process from start to finish.
- Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and shipments while maintaining accurate records in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of products.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve shipment, documentation, or billing issues.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and other regulatory materials.
- Manage pricing updates, quotes, and customer data to ensure information accuracy.
- Maintain detailed communication logs and ensure prompt follow-up on all customer requests.
- Support reporting initiatives and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications :
3-5+ years of customer service experience in the manufacturing industry is required.Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.Work Schedule :
Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (onsite).
