Job Title : Dynamics CRM Solution Architect ( Hands on development experience is a must)

Primary Skill Set : D365 CE Customer Service, Field Service

Secondary Skill Set : Power Automate Flow, Azure Web Apps, D365 custom development with C#

Brief Summary of Role :

As a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform . This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying and troubleshooting existing applications.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Strong multi-functional and technical knowledge of Developing, Designing and architecture of D365 CE Applications.
• 9+ years in Dynamics 365 / CRM (CE) using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service (Experience in RSO is mandatory, Connected field service and CoPilot are a plus)
• 5+ years current and deep field service domain experience with implementing large engagements on D365 field service.
• 5+ years mix of hands-on experience on business applications implementation, architectural design, and strategic intuition for business.
• Guide customer on the best approach for planned enhancements on field service implementation .
• Confirmed experience leading projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes handling multi-phase / multi-dimensional / multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Hands on experience in writing custom code for D365 using plugins and custom pages, Microsoft Power Automate flows, Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions is required.
• Proven ability assessing feasibility of migrating customer solutions and / or integrating with 3rd party systems both Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining technical architectures, documentation, frameworks, and strategies as they relate to Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
• Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Agile Software Development experience.
