Location :   City of Industry, CA

Shift :  4 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

Pay :  $25–$30 / hr DOE

We’re hiring a Maintenance Coordinator for a fast-paced production facility in the City of Industry. What You’ll Be Doing :

Plan and schedule preventative maintenance and repair work using CMMS

Coordinate technician assignments and daily priorities to keep production on pace

Manage parts inventory, inventory, order supplies, and track usage

Maintain accurate logs, reports, and maintenance records

Support compliance with GMP's and safety procedures

Act as the hub between maintenance, production teams, and outside vendors

What You Bring :

3+ years in manufacturing support or maintenance coordination / support role

• Experience with Excel and comfortable navigating CMMS or similar systems
• Familiarity with maintenance systems and spare part inventory management

Great communicator who can coordinate across multiple departments

Detail-oriented and organized
