• Administer a wide range of telecommunications services within all offices and agencies of Cook County according to the area(s) of assignment. - Manage the implementation of voice mail and data systems, maintaining the quality of the switching system as well as voice and data circuits, devices, and supplemental equipment. - Plan and devise the telecommunication installation and internal phone wiring of County departmental moves and changes of services. - Assist in the development of a new wide-area computer network designed to streamline the efficiency of telecommunication services throughout County government.
