We are seeking a motivated Rehab Aide to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team. This role supports therapists, patients, and front desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care.

Position Responsibilities :

• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment before and after sessions.
• Safely assist patients to / from therapy areas and during exercises under therapist supervision.
• Support therapists with patient care tasks such as positioning, set-up, and applying / removing hot / cold packs.
• Maintain supplies, linens, and clinic organization.
• Assist front desk staff with greeting patients, filing, scheduling, and phone coverage as needed.
• Communicate patient and workflow concerns to the Supervisor and Manager to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Contribute to team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
