2nd Shift Manufacturing Technician
Base Pay Rate : $21.00 / hr + shift differential
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing tasks to ensure the production of high-quality products in a cleanroom or laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality products
Process work orders and complete products to inventory
Assemble piece parts into sub-assemblies using standard assembly tools
Operate various liquid-handling robots and perform kitting and packaging tasks
Use automated robotic systems to manage products through highly automated workflows
Assemble electro / optical / mechanical systems, including testing, calibration, and troubleshooting using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Align complex optical systems using in-house software and instruments
Prepare, store, and dispose of chemical solutions (may include hazardous materials)
Conduct final inspections and packaging of completed products
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Interpret and make processing decisions based on quality data
Perform other laboratory duties as assigned
Requirements
Familiarity with standard laboratory practices
Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and team members
Basic computer skills
Experience with SOPs, travelers, ECOs, and GMP (preferred)
Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities based on business needs
