Keller Caretaking LLC in Harbor Springs, MI, is seeking dedicated Lawn Care Maintenance Technicians to keep our clients’ properties pristine. We’re looking for hardworking, enthusiastic individuals who love maintaining beautiful lawns and are ready to tackle a variety of seasonal tasks. No experience? No problem—we’ll train the right candidates to join our growing team!

• What You’ll Do :
• Perform lawn care maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and debris cleanup.
• Assist with fall cleanup, such as leaf removal and property preparation for winter.
• Operate gas / electric-powered equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers) safely and efficiently.
• Lift 50+ lbs repeatedly to handle equipment and materials.
• Shoveling and salting if working in winter.
• What We’re Looking For :
• Experience : Lawn care, property maintenance, or outdoor work experience preferred but not required—we’ll train motivated candidates!
• Foreman Applicants : 5+ years of lawn care, landscaping, or property maintenance experience required.
• Qualities : Dependable, enthusiastic, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Physical Requirements : Comfortable working outdoors in all weather (rain or shine) and able to lift 50+ lbs.
• License : Clean, valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Team Player : Ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive team environment.
