Maintains accurate data entry and file completion according to established policies
Assists with database integrity and ensures effective communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of work experience
Proficient in data entry and computer software applications
Prior credentialing experience is preferred
Familiarity with JCAHO and NCQA standards is preferred
Must have a desire to maximize technology use for process automation
