Key Responsibilities
Manage enterprise-scale projects, including firmware lifecycle planning and cloud migrations
Architect and validate complex UCC solutions and integrations in enterprise environments
Act as the final escalation point for unresolved UCC issues, delivering expert-level resolution
Required Qualifications
Experience with Crestron XIO cloud portal and Microsoft Teams Rooms
Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700) certification
4+ years of experience in enterprise UCC engineering and escalations
Expert proficiency in UC cloud administration platforms and AV-over-IP technologies
Strong background in enterprise networking and incident management
