A company is looking for a Principal Implementation Manager to drive customer onboarding projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage critical customer onboarding projects and a small team of Implementation Managers and Specialists
Identify blockers to expedite customer go-live and create project plans for onboarding
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality delivery
Required Qualifications
7+ years of technical project management experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, payments, or Fintech
Strong understanding of APIs and SDKs
PMP Certification is a plus
Experience working with C-level customers
Strong academic credentials or experience at a top employer; consulting experience is a plus
