A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Benefits & Payroll to provide support and guidance to employees while enhancing HR operations through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Open Enrollment planning and ensure benefits data integrity across systems
Conduct audits of benefits, payroll, and compliance data to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations
Support payroll processes and manage multi-state payroll tax issues while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5-7 years of related employee benefits administration and / or payroll experience
2-3 years of payroll tax experience preferred
ADP and Workday experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and HRIS / benefits databases
