Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze project documents and specifications to ensure rigorous adherence to design and quality standards.
- Conduct in-depth inspections of building systems to identify and document deficiencies.
- Create and implement detailed commissioning test plans and procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting commissioning activities and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and building owners, to address and resolve any commissioning challenges.
Qualifications You Need :
Certification or licensure as a Commissioning Professional or Engineer is essential.Expertise in building systems, including mechanical, electrical power, plumbing, and fire protection.A minimum of 4 years of hands-on commissioning or related industry experience.Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to obtain effective, innovative solutions.Strong verbal and written communication skills, vital for clear and concise reporting.Comfortable with adapting to work independently or in dynamic team settings.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Construction Management, and Commissioning Software.Physically fit to navigate various construction environments and tasks.Desired Experience :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is advantageous.Experience in sustainable building practices, such as LEED.A deep understanding of building codes and industry standards.Additional Requirements :
