A company is looking for an Investor Accounting Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily and monthly operations for investor portfolios, including remittances and reconciliations
Review and resolve accounting variances and exceptions promptly
Collaborate with servicing departments to enhance operational processes and ensure compliance with investor guidelines
Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of GSE databases and servicing platforms
Proficiency in investor accounting principles, including cash flow requirements and bank reconciliations
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with GNMA, FNMA, and FHLMC reporting and remitting calendars
