Role Description

There is a full-time and part time on-site Salesperson role at State Street Jewelers in Geneva, IL. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing fine jewelry, providing product knowledge, closing sales, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or luxury retail sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of luxury brands and fine jewelry
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Experience with POS systems
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Availability to work during retail hours, including weekends
