Our client is a well-established Commercial General Contractor specializing in ground-up projects across a variety of sectors including K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Religious, and Healthcare.

They are seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, community-focused projects across the Greater Houston area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for ground-up commercial projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Assist with value engineering, budgeting, and bid presentations.
