As Human Resources Business Partner, you will support a high-volume logistics and (last-mile) delivery workforce. You will make a huge impact on our Netherlands, or France business by implementing the best HR practices in the Logistics Industry and achieving business goals.

KeyResponsibilities :

• DesignandimplementHRstrategiesthatalignwiththecompany'sbusinessgoalsinlogisticsanddelivery.
• Leadend-to-endworkforceplanningandtalentdeploymentstrategies,particularlyacrossseasonalpeaksandhigh-turnoverenvironments.
• Oversee leadership pipelines and succession planning for key operational roles, as well as provide excellent internal career development opportunities for our staff.
• Support organisation design according to business needs and a constantly changing market.
• Champion employee experience through engagement strategies and consistent employee relations practices. Resolve high-risk ER cases and maintain compliance with the Netherlands, or France labour laws.
• UseworkforceanalyticsandKPIs(e.g.,turnover,cost-per-hire,time-to-fill)toinformdecision-makingandoptimiseHRdelivery.
