As Human Resources Business Partner, you will support a high-volume logistics and (last-mile) delivery workforce. You will make a huge impact on our Netherlands, or France business by implementing the best HR practices in the Logistics Industry and achieving business goals.
KeyResponsibilities :
- DesignandimplementHRstrategiesthatalignwiththecompany'sbusinessgoalsinlogisticsanddelivery.
- Leadend-to-endworkforceplanningandtalentdeploymentstrategies,particularlyacrossseasonalpeaksandhigh-turnoverenvironments.
- Oversee leadership pipelines and succession planning for key operational roles, as well as provide excellent internal career development opportunities for our staff.
- Support organisation design according to business needs and a constantly changing market.
- Champion employee experience through engagement strategies and consistent employee relations practices. Resolve high-risk ER cases and maintain compliance with the Netherlands, or France labour laws.
- UseworkforceanalyticsandKPIs(e.g.,turnover,cost-per-hire,time-to-fill)toinformdecision-makingandoptimiseHRdelivery.
MinimumQualifications :
5+ years of progressive HR experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery-related companies in the Netherlands, or France.Strong knowledge of Netherlands, or France employment law and its application in fast-paced operational settings.Solidexperiencemanaging(highvolume)workforceplanning,talentstrategy,organizationaldevelopment,andER.Excellentstakeholdermanagementandinfluencingskills,fromlocalandinternationalsiteleaderstoexecutiveboardlevel.Preferred Qualifications :
