What You'll Do
As a senior professional, this position is responsible for the full cycle recruiting process of assigned positions, from talent sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to interviewing, recommending, and hiring for a wide variety of positions with different levels of complexity. An individual in this role will use a high level of experience in this field to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies, create strong relationships with hiring managers, and internal / external partners and understand business needs to advise on decisions impacting current and future open positions.

Salary Range : 120,000-135,000
