About us : At talisman advisory partners we provide talent solutions today, for the industries of tomorrow. We're a search and staffing firm that has vertically integrated functional recruitment teams across Energy and Infrastructure. We are growing the team at our LA office in Venice, CA and are looking to add senior level hires to join our Trading team. This person will support entry and expansion into exciting high growth markets.
What were looking for :
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Recruitment agency experience, ideally in Investment, Finance or Quant Trading markets
- Experience working in technical, candidate short markets
- Track record of hitting weekly / monthly / quarterly business development targets
- Ambitious, smart, and excellent communicators
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment
