US Market Access Manager
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
1. Develop and execute U.S. market access strategies to support product brands, therapeutic areas and future launches and ongoing commercialization.
2. Lead payer engagement strategy and execution, including national and regional commercial payers, PBMS, specialty pharmacy, Medicare and Medicaid.
3. Partner with strategic pricing and contracting, HEOR, government affairs, patient services and field access teams to develop compelling value propositions.
4. Oversee the development of access-related tools and resources including metrics and customer behavior.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, medical affairs, and legal teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
6. Monitor policy, reimbursement, and pricing landscape and assess implications for the business.
7. Support contracting strategy development and assist with negotiations as needed.
8. Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants and payer advisors.
9. Analyze access and utilization data to inform strategy and measure performance.
10. Actively serve as US market access SME / voice for the CSL business unit in the commercial organization.
