Description :

Nu Image is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Headquarters. This role plays a key part in supporting our brand, strengthening relationships with referring offices, and ensuring exceptional communication between our doctors and the communities we serve.

You’ll be stepping into an established position with opportunities to grow, collaborate, and contribute to the continued success of our expanding oral surgery network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between Nu Image offices, referring practices, and community partners
  • Coordinate and support marketing initiatives, events, and outreach activities
  • Maintain organized communication with doctors and internal teams
  • Track and manage referral relationships to ensure consistency and professionalism
  • Represent Nu Image with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm in all interactions

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with doctors, team members, and referral partners

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Prior experience in marketing or sales, and / or experience in the dental or medical field
