A company is looking for a VP of Strategic Sales to drive new business growth on the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue objectives while forecasting revenue targets
Develop territory plans and lead generation initiatives through various marketing channels
Present products to prospects and coordinate with Account Management for seamless transitions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
15+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Human Capital Management or Health sectors
Documented history of consistent quota over-achievement
Experience selling enterprise products / services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies
Strong familiarity with sales tools including Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
