Join Our Team as a Medical Receptionist! Are you the kind of person who makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is key? If so, we'd love to have you as part of our team!

What You'll Do : Be the friendly first impressiongreet patients warmly, answer phones, and help families feel at ease. Manage check-in and check-out, verify insurance, and handle scheduling. Keep patient records accurate and up to date in Athena and Phreesia . Be a problem-solverhelp patients with forms, questions, and paperwork. Support multiple teams by jumping in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly.

What We're Looking For : 1-2 years of medical office experience (preferred) 1-2 years of experience with Athena (preferred) . Experience with Phreesia (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Pediatric experience is a plus (not required). Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus (not required). Reliable transportation and flexibility to commute to different offices within the division.

High school diploma or GED (required).

Compensation Offered (negotiable, dependent upon experience) : Hourly - Hourly Plan, 21.50 USD Hourly
