A company is looking for an EDI Production Support Analyst (LATAM).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily EDI transactions to ensure correct processing of orders, invoices, and shipment notices
Identify and resolve EDI or system integration errors to prevent delays in order processing
Collaborate with internal teams and external trading partners to correct data issues and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Working knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML / Flat File formats
Familiarity with key EDI document types including 850, 856, and 810
Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite and its EDI integrations is preferred
Previous experience supporting EDI implementations or partner onboarding
