Affirmed Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care for a school case in West Milford, New Jersey. • Deliver direct nursing care to a pediatric client in a school setting\n
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects\n
• Track and document vital signs, behaviors, and interventions\n
• Support activities of daily living and respond to emergency needs\n
• Communicate clearly with school staff, family members, and the care team\n
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation\n\nRequirements : \n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey (Required)\n
• CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
• Previous experience with pediatric care, is strongly preferred\n
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans\n
• Comfortable working in pet-friendly environments if applicable\n
• Must have reliable transportation\n\nPreferred Skills : \n
