The privately held company is growing and in need of a strong Operations Leader that also brings strong technical knowledge and experience in heavy gauge forming. The company is building its culture and in need of a coach / mentor approach in their new leader.

Responsibilities

• More than 5 years of heavy gauge thermoforming experience required
• More than 5 years of manufacturing operations experience required
• Solid knowledge of CNC experience preferred
• Excellent ability to come alongside the team to teach and train

Compensation
