Overview
As the Quality Manager, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions at SIS. This role is critical in ensuring full compliance with customer specifications, ISO standards, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Quality Manager will oversee the Quality Support Team and foster a culture of quality excellence across the organization by collaborating with all departments to ensure quality objectives are met. This hands-on position requires a blend of technical expertise, organizational leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage interdepartmental relationships effectively.

Supervisory Responsibilities
The Quality Manager oversees the Quality Support Team and is responsible for their training, development, and daily management. The role includes providing guidance, setting performance expectations, and ensuring the team operates effectively to support the company's quality objectives. The Quality Manager works closely with operational leadership to align quality team efforts with broader business goals.

Education and / or Experience
Language Skills
Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and in writing in the English language. Excellent communication skills for effectively collaborating with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to perform advanced mathematical computations; ability to convert metric units correctly and apply the conversions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Advanced technical skills, including root cause analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and corrective action processes.
