Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP is an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our San Diego office is looking for a Trial Attorney to join our fast‑paced team. If selected, you will litigate unlawful detainer actions in California state courts on behalf of property owners and managers.

Compensation

$125,000 - $175,000 / Annually, DOE

Responsibilities

• Litigate unlawful detainer actions in California state courts on behalf of property owners and managers
• Defend and conduct depositions
• Provide legal advice through phone consultations, assessing facts and issues of each scenario and counseling clients accordingly
• Respond to client questions and concerns to increase and retain business
• Work with legal staff to prepare motions, pleadings, stipulations and other trial‑related court documents
• Propound and respond to discovery, depositions, and motions

Schedule

Position is full‑time, exempt. Business hours : 8 : 30 am‑5 : 30 pm Monday‑Thursday, 8 : 30 am‑5 : 00 pm Friday. Hybrid work is available for select positions; onsite onboarding is required before transitioning to hybrid.
