Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and skilled candidates to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for answering phone calls, email and customer inquiries / concerns. This role requires strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer emails, phone calls, messages
  • Communicating with inspectors and technicians

Experience

  • Previous experience in termite / pest control is a plus.
  • Familiarity google calendar, field routes, termite kiosk is a plus.
  • A background in customer service is beneficial for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : Starting $20.00 per hour

    Expected hours : 40 per week
