Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills (verbal, nonverbal, and written)
- Knowledge of de-escalation and behavior intervention strategies
- Knowledge of investigative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Emotional maturity and stability
Experience : Security experience preferred.
