Director of Regulatory Affairs

A company is looking for a Director of Regulatory Affairs to lead and shape its global regulatory and compliance strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee regulatory and compliance activities, promoting a strong compliance culture

Apply predictive modeling to anticipate regulatory issues and enable proactive risk mitigation

Provide strategic counsel on product development, labeling, and claims to support brand growth and innovation

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years experience in Regulatory Affairs in a GMP environment

B.Sc. in pharmaceutical, nutritional, or life sciences or a related scientific field

Experience with FDA regulations and compliance in the dietary supplement industry

Strong knowledge of FTC regulatory frameworks and pharmacovigilance activities

Previous experience with international regulations and compliance challenges
