Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and results-driven Lead Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury women's retail, a sophisticated eye for style, and a clear understanding of exceptional customer service. This individual will take ownership of driving revenue, cultivating long-lasting client and community relationships, and guiding clients through a personalized sales experience. Creativity and initiative are highly valued, especially when it comes to engaging with clients in-store and online. A strong interest or background in managing social media content—particularly Instagram—is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading clients through a personalized, elevated sales process
• Build and nurture long-term client and community relationships
• Maintain polished product presentation, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
• Strategize and implement initiatives to increase revenue and grow the client base
• Create curated personal shopping and styling experiences
• Execute weekly marketing emails and daily Instagram posts; contribute creative ideas for content and engagement
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and designers
