A nationally ranked general contractor is hiring a proven Superintendent to lead the field execution of a flagship hyperscale data center project in Indianapolis. This long-term, high-impact role is ideal for a senior-level leader with deep experience in mission-critical construction and fast-paced, high-complexity environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all site-level construction activities from groundbreaking to commissioning
• Direct field teams, foremen, and subcontractors across all disciplines
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and execution of structural, architectural, and MEP scopes
• Enforce jobsite safety, quality, and adherence to hyperscale client standards
• Serve as the primary site lead and point of contact for owners, consultants, and trade partners
• Oversee inspections, documentation, progress reporting, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with project management and commissioning teams to ensure project milestones and turnover targets are met
• Mentor junior superintendents and field engineers
