Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse and RN to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive the most effective and efficient care possible.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.

Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) to document patient care and communicate with healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes and discharge summaries.

Requirements :

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Register Nurse in Florida.

Experience working in a hospital or home community care setting.

Strong physiology knowledge and experience with airway management.

Ability to travel to patients' homes as needed.

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and experience with home community care.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
