Job Title : Medical Assistant

Location : Oklahoma City, OK

Clinic Type : Thriving & Established Kidney Clinic

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $20 – $21 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at a well-established and growing kidney clinic in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting physicians and ensuring high-quality patient care in a professional and compassionate environment. The role includes travel to our satellite locations in Moore, Del City, Yukon, and Edmond (no travel to Stillwater at this time). Mileage is reimbursed at $0.70 per mile, based on the difference between driving to the home office and the satellite office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Rooming patients and collecting vitals
• Preparing patients for exams and procedures
• Administering injections and assisting with lab draws as needed
• Documenting medical histories, medications, and vital signs in EPIC
• Coordinating referrals, authorizations, and follow-up appointments
• Maintaining exam rooms, stocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness
• Supporting front office tasks as needed, including scheduling and patient check-in / out
