job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCounseling : 2 years post license (Required) Fully licensed in North Carolina Credentialed therapist preferred Entrepreneurial disposition and contagious enthusiasm Participation in regularly scheduled staff and clinical meetings Experience with children, adolescents, adults, and marriage / couple’s therapy. Must have current professional liability insurance in good standing (1M / 3M min) Must have verifiable references and pass a background check Completing initial psychological evaluations / assessments Providing a range of psychotherapeutic services including individual, couples, and family psychotherapy to clients diagnosed with mental health disorders. Crisis intervention counseling may be needed at times. Adhering to all federal, state, local ethical and legal guidelines for the therapist licensure and in accordance with program standards. Performs various administrative functions related to client; documents service hours; develops and updates assessments, treatment plans, and reviews progress notes. Adheres to all clinical policies and operating procedures. Maintain professional boundaries in the delivery of services. Ideally work with a caseload of 20-25 people (Number of sessions a week is dependent on applicant's preference) Complete documentation within 24-48 hours of service delivery Ideal candidate is motivated to work, has a genuine care for clients, and is reliable.
