Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and coordinate with QA, Sanitation, Receiving, and Shipping teams.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF, and food safety standards .
- Train and lead production staff in safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
- Oversee equipment setup, pre-op inspections, and product changeovers.
- Monitor and maintain production performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce PPE and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with maintenance and scheduling teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing or production supervisionExperience with Fresh Fruits / Vegetables preferred.Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.Comfortable working in a cold / wet environment (~38°F) and standing for long periods.
