Created as an introductory internship opportunity, the Insure Your Future program offers interns hands-on experience across key areas of the insurance life cycle, including Claims, Underwriting, and Finance, helping you build foundational industry knowledge. To thrive in this role, you'll collaborate with leaders, team members, and stakeholders to gain insight into the day-to-day workings of careers in the insurance industry. Through a variety of industry-focused and peer-led activities, you'll build real-world skills, expand your professional network, and gain meaningful experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities :

• Learn operational pieces and requirements in Finance, Center of Operations, and Claims.
• Attend and participate in team and leader meetings.
• Experience and learn the fundamentals of TMG’s operations including business strategy, profitability, and organizational structure.
• Shadow team members and experience underwriting decision-making, relationship building, and daily operations.
• Participate in intern sponsored activities and learning experiences.
