Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Master Scheduler to oversee the planning and scheduling functions across our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring production plans are aligned with customer demand, plant capacity, and inventory availability. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with shop schedulers, Sales, SPC (Sales & Operations Planning), and manufacturing teams to drive operational efficiency and lead time accuracy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Load level production schedules across shops to optimize efficiencies and minimize lead times.
• Collaborate with shop schedulers to ensure production schedules are feasible, components are available, and adequate capacity exists to meet customer demand.
• Analyze customer demand patterns for volume and product mix fluctuations, and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Conduct detailed lead time analyses, identifying gaps and opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to support published lead times.
• Provide SKU- and component-level scheduling direction to manufacturing plants, ensuring alignment with inventory strategies and service goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain Planning (SPC), and Manufacturing to align forecasts, supply plans, and production execution.
