Security Professional - Financial Institution Patrol Driver

As a Security Professional - Financial Institution Patrol Driver in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a financial institution location. Your visible presence and proactive approach will help maintain a secure environment for clients and visitors, while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license in the job state is required. Pay Rate : $17.85 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Mon 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Wed 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel and / or authorities as directed.
  • Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and / or directions as needed, while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Follow all Allied Universal protocols and procedures specific to the financial institution environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
