Human Resources Administrator
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Human Resources Administrator in Camarillo!
The Human Resources Administrator will provide essential support to the HR department, focusing on administrative tasks, compliance, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and ensuring adherence to California labor laws and company policies. This role is critical in maintaining accurate HR records, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring positive employee experience from hire to exit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Under general supervision, you must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to :
Pay rate is $33 / hour.
Education and Experience Associate's degree in Business Administration, or in related field or equivalent required with 2-3 years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business Administration, or in a related field, highly desired. Must have knowledge of California labor laws, and HR compliance. PHR or SCP highly desired. Experience in a manufacturing environment highly desired. Other Abilities : Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite. Must have strong knowledge in California labor and employment law. Must be able to properly document and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Must have knowledge to apply general use of databases / spreadsheets. Must be proficient with HRIS data management and reporting. Must be able to manage and prioritize workflow. Must have strong knowledge with HR audits and reporting. Must have experience with recruitment coordinating and onboarding.
