Business Analysis Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed specifications and process maps for system enhancements.
• Assist in designing and implementing supply chain solutions.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to review project progress.
• Monitor KPIs to assess solution effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Supply Chain Management.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Supply Chain domain.

Strong analytical skills with data interpretation ability.

Experience with process mapping and documenting business requirements.

Familiarity with supply chain management systems and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

Certification in Business Analysis or Supply Chain Management is a bonus.

Experience with data analysis tools and visualization tools is advantageous.
