Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Client Experience roles

Strong client-first mindset with enthusiasm for helping others

Experience using CRM or ticketing systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools

Self-directed and motivated to deliver high-quality results
