We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. As a Marketing Coordinator at XYZ Enterprises, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing various marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the company's marketing efforts and make a meaningful contribution to our success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in content creation, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
  • Manage social media platforms and engage with the online community.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend optimizations.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing software.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
