NOC Technician - Junior

This position is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in telecom or network operations who thrives in a fast-paced, 24 / 7 environment.

You’ll be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecom and messaging platforms, ensuring network stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities Provide 24 / 7 network monitoring, ticket handling, and troubleshooting to maintain system stability.

Monitor KPIs, alarms, and system performance; escalate issues as needed.

Conduct pre- and post-deployment validations to ensure successful upgrades.

Respond to alerts from tools like One Console, Splunk, OpenSearch, NetScout, and CyberArk.

Collaborate with deployment teams (e.g., NCI / ATAC) to resolve service-impacting issues.

Coordinate critical maintenance and break-fix activities with internal teams and vendors.

Participate in outage resolution and degradation troubleshooting sessions.

Technical Skills & Experience 2–5 years of experience in telecom or network operations.

Familiarity with Mavenir IMS access / core products (TAS / CSCF, BGCF, MRF, SBC) and / or Ericsson IMS access products (Cloud Native SBG / BGF).

Strong understanding of core networking protocols and diagnostic tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and network database tools.

Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
