WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Manage the overall community (or communities) home construction schedule to ensure the timely completion of houses in a quality mannerManage and schedule trade partners while continually monitoring and enforcing safety, quality, and cost standardsUse scheduling software to prescribe and update accurate schedules dailyReview homes and the completed work by subcontractors daily. Determine the status per production schedule to ensure readiness for the next trade partnerMaintain a clean and orderly work site that meets Neal standards and is visually appealingTrain and manage assigned Construction Manager AssistantReduce waste and limit additional expenditures on the construction siteProvide industry-leading customer service during the construction processEnsure a safe worksite that meets all safety guidelines and other regulatory requirementsEncourage and foster a team environment with effective communication and problem-solving when neededEffectively execute company policies and construction standards to ensure uniformity and quality resultsEnsure homes are complete without any outstanding identified deficiencies and conduct orientations with customersSchedule, manage and adhere to all local and state inspections and building codesThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Business, or other related fields is preferredA minimum of 4 years of experience with a production homebuilderExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detailExcellent customer service skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
